The 123 days of yoga program is for those yogis that are committed to regular yoga and pilates practice (2-3 times a week)
We invite you to celebrate yourself and the changes in the season, and to practice and enjoy the view from the studio in summertime!
This challenge is an invitation to create more of a slow-paced and GROUNDED way of living to avoid more stress in our everyday lives.
The cost of the Month is 165 dollars,it includes:
1 workshop
1 SUP (stand-up paddle board yoga class)
and unlimited classes from May 1st to August 31st
All prices include tax/ classes are one hour long!
UNLIMITED PASSES

$5 per day for unlimited yoga:) 1 SUP yoga class a month( Value of $ 45 per class) and one workshop (value of $65)

We look forward to having you at the studio! Please know that we use our mind-body app to book all classes and pay for a pass via the app or at the studio.
Once you create your mind body account you will have full access and track your passes.
If you sign up for an online yoga class and cannot make it to the Zoom meeting, don’t worry we will email you a recording of the class!

This class is for one individual. Assessment and yoga sequence according to body needs will be included for the student and sent via PDF file.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL PRIVATE (INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP CLASSES)
Class will need to be cancelled 8 hrs in advanced to be rescheduled.
NO SHOWS are not to be rescheduled, we need to respect our teachers time.

This class can be personalized for your group, please know that we welcome bachelorette parties, team building for your work place and that we can do an all levels class

*all our classes are 60 minutes long, please pre register or make sure you call/ contact us when doing a drop inn. Remember we are a boutique yoga studio ( only 10 to 12 pp per class)
LATE CANCELLATION POLICY
In order for everyone to get the very most out of their experience with us, we ask that you please familiarize yourself with our Late Cancellation & No Show Policy below.
This only applies to our in-studio classes, not our virtual classes.
PRE-REGISTRATION
Pre-registration is available starting 7 days in advance and up to 30 minutes before class starts. If you pre-register for the class, you are guaranteed a spot provided you arrive on time. Latecomers are not permitted. Pre-registration is required for all classes.
CLASS RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation online as early as possible – avoid leaving this to the last minute. Doing this allows someone who is waitlisted to be confirmed in the class. You can cancel up to 4 hours before class starts with no penalty. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to check our email in time, so please cancel your reservation online only.
LATE CANCELLATION & NO SHOW CHARGE
You can still “late cancel” less than 4 hours before class begins – your account will still be charged, but at least we get a heads up that you won’t be coming, so we can give the spot away to someone else. Everyone will be charged a class for a late cancellation. If we cannot process the charge to your credit card on file then we will take away a class from your current pass instead.
Failing to cancel your reservation at all will result in a “No Show” and a full class out of your pass. If something beyond your control happens, please don’t hesitate to reach out and let us know via email, and we will not charge the fee. Please note that No Show fees apply to everyone INCLUDING UNLIMITED PASS HOLDERS. THE COST FOR A SHOW IS A FULL CLASS IS $22.50
WAITLIST
If the online pre-registration is full, you can register for the waitlist. This is only for online pre-registration. If someone cancels up one hour before class begins, the next person on the waitlist will be bumped in (and should receive an email letting them know). Emails may come up to one hour before class begins, so keep an eye on your Inbox (the email address that you use to log in to your account with us is the one to watch!).
You are responsible for managing your waitlist reservations. If you are on the waitlist, but you reach a point when you’d be unable to come to class even if you were bumped in, please CANCEL your waitlist reservation.

We do not accept debit, but e-transfers can be received at hotyogabarn@gmail.com. The credit card transaction fee is $3.50. Cheque or cash are totally welcome. Since we have been open until now we never print out our schedule for every week, you can find our schedule online. Let’s continue to take care of the environment and be paperless!
